Cosy is located in the East of Johannesburg. We make use of Fastway couriers (Johannesburg branch). You can easily track your parcel with the unique tracking ID number provided with your order on their website - www.fastway.co.za.

**All delivery costs quoted above are dependent on the order fitting in a standard A3 delivery satchel. Orders which cannot fit in a standard A3 delivery satchel may take longer to process and attract higher delivery fees.
We reserve the right to amend or change delivery costs at any time. Any such changes will be posted on this Website.
Why is my delivery taking longer than anticipated?
- Your Product is in transit from one of our warehouses which may delay delivery;
- Your address is in an outlying area which may delay delivery time;
- Your order was placed after the specific delivery cut-off time; or
- Our couriers are unfortunately at full capacity and are trying to get your order to you as soon as possible.
